Per the direction of NPS, please adopt these standard Zoom protocols for your NCE online classes: Sign in to Zoom with your full name. Teachers will be admitting students whose name they recognize. Turn your camera on and have your camera at eye level. Mute your microphone when not talking. Be in the moment. Avoid other distractions including from your phone, your TV, your email, other family members, etc. Sit in a well lit and quiet place. Be mindful of what’s going on behind you. If you are finding your home network is spotty/lagging, you can turn off your video feed. Remember you are participating in a class and behavior should reflect this. Respect others. Ask questions using the chat feature. Think before you write. Do not share meeting links with anyone outside of the class group. All students are expected to abide by NPS Expectations of Students and Families for Appropriate Virtual Technology Use
