Chess Intensive with a Class A-rated Tournament Player!
If you are an experienced chess player looking to improve your practice, you’ll appreciate the opportunity to study and play the game alongside a Class A-rated tournament player. Problem-solving will be the central component of the lessons, but you’ll also study instructive full games by both masters and amateurs. Fundamental tactical and strategic concepts will be covered as well as brief introductions to more advanced themes such as opening and endgame theory. Students will also be prepped for potential tournament play. Keep your mind sharp this summer and join us for a week of the ultimate game of strategy.

Please bring the following labeled items to camp:
- A refillable water bottle
- A snack
- Staying all day? Pack a lunch and extra snack for your camper as food is not provided
